Being offered for sale is the antique LEATHER STITCHING HORSE/SADDLE MAKER'S BENCH/VISE by THE J.D. RANDALL CO. of Cincinnati, OH, circa the late 19th or early 20th century (best guess), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED or your money back...no questions asked!
LEATHER STRAP BROKEN near vise spring (see red arrows in 4th, 8th & 9th pics). It has been duct-taped together (for the purpose of photographing - tape will be removed so the vise piece can be taken off for shipping...to keep the box size as small as possible). The strap would absolutely need replacing before use. A replacement leather strap is included (see 3rd pic - would need to be riveted...we leave this up to you). Otherwise, Very Good/VG antique condition with just minor -to- moderate overall cosmetic wear from normal use over the years but NO breaks or repairs (aside from the broken strap of course). Fantastic patina to all materials (wood, iron & leather) throughout. See pics.
